Instruction for body and face: Melt an amount of shea butter by rubbing in the palm of your hand until it is liquid and massage for 3 minutes to get the maximum benefit. Perfect to use it as a lip balm. Hair: take a generous amount and melt in a double boiler (do not overheat), then applied to the entire length of your hair and let stand for 20 minutes or longer for a maximum revitalization then wash your hair with your shampoo.
